FAQ
Does it integrate with the management system I already use?
Yes. quadra doesn't replace your current system. It reads incoming documents, emails and information, works alongside your ERP, updates the data and generates the outputs you need. Integration happens through APIs, file layouts, FTP or a direct database connection, depending on what your system exposes. In the early stages a team of our engineers works with you on the dialogue with the ERP and its software vendor, so the integration is set up correctly from day one.
What if it extracts a wrong value?
Every extracted field comes with a confidence score. When it falls below the agreed threshold, the value is not entered automatically: it goes to a human operator, who confirms or corrects it before the entry or the related action happens. On top of that we run consistency checks, either deterministic or model-based, to catch discrepancies before they propagate downstream.
How long does it take to get started?
We normally start from the documents you already receive, without changing your operating process. We connect the source (a mailbox, an FTP folder, a scanner or an existing feed), configure extraction on your real formats and map the output fields to your system. Operations never stop: your team keeps working exactly as before while quadra slots into the flow.
My documents are all different — every supplier has its own format. Does it still work?
Yes, and that's exactly the case it's built for. quadra doesn't work off a fixed-position template: it interprets the content of the document directly. It reads invoices, DDTs, CMRs and booking confirmations with different layouts, from different suppliers and in different languages, including confirmations in English and documents filled in abroad. It handles scans, photos and PDFs, and also recognizes handwritten notes, stamps and signatures.
Where is my data stored?
Your data physically resides on European servers only. For processing we use multiple LLMs, selected by availability, latency and task type, both external and hosted on our own machines. We handle data in compliance with GDPR, and provide the DPA and processing details during the evaluation phase.
